The Minister of Economy participated on the Press conference held on the occasion of the forthcoming Festival of relaxation and healthy life “Let’s color the mountain Shara”

 Into organization of the Balkan association for alternative tourism “Balkania” and the mountaineering associations “Shara ski” from Tetovo and “Transverzalec” from Skopje, and with support from the Ministry of Economy, from today until Sunday on the slopes of Shara will be held the Festival of relaxation and healthy life “Let’s color the mountain Shara”. The Festival starts with opening of the mountaineering – bicycle trim-trace “Vrganj” from Popova Sapka to Studarek- Vidikovec.
The goal of this event of international character is to present the mountain Shara as tourist destination also in the summer period. For the manifestation are planned numerous events with purpose of approximation of the benefits of the mountain and offering each visitor pleasures and relaxation in the nature of Shara.
 Hiking, mountaineering, alpinism, competitions for orientation, “Down Hill” – extreme riding of bike, paragliding, marathon riding bikes down the trace “Shara waters” – 90 km (from Popova Sapka to Bunec, Mavrovo), tribunes for the potentials of Shara, photography exhibition, tasting traditional food from the region are just part of the activities planned within the frames of this festival.
“This project is excellent way of promotion of the Macedonian alternative tourism. What we have as natural treasure, we are ready to share it with the others”, stated the Minister of Economy Fatmir Besimi on today’s press conference on the occasion of the festival. The initiatives like “Let’s color the mountain Shara” added Besimi, can contribute a lot for the presentation of our touristic potential.
The organizers of “Let’s color the mountain Shara” – Festival of relaxation and healthy life expect participation of over 800 persons from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
