The Minister of Economy and Labour, Besar Durmishi, together with the Mayor of the Municipality of Bogovinje, Feti Abazi, today visited several manufacturing companies on the territory of this municipality.
During the visit, Minister Durmishi got to know the challenges, needs and expectations of local businesses up close, emphasizing the importance of direct communication with the private sector in creating economic policies.
At the meetings with the company managements, the Minister introduced them to the opportunities for financial support through the Public Call of the Ministry of Economy and Labour, provided for by the Law on Financial Support of Investments.
"Through this law, we financially support companies that invest in increasing production, expanding capacities and creating new jobs. This support has a direct impact on local economic development and reducing unemployment," Minister Durmishi noted.
He added that the Ministry of Economy and Labour will continue to be close to businesses, carefully monitor their needs and challenges, and create specific measures to support economic development.
