Deputy Minister of Economy and Labor, Marjan Risteski, today participated in the First Business Forum in the Municipality of Delchevo, where he addressed a large number of businessmen from the Pijane-Maleshevo region, as well as from the neighboring Republic of Bulgaria.
The first Business Forum "Together Let's Lend a Hand to Development" is organized with the aim of connecting the local business community, institutions and potential investors, as well as for the exchange of ideas and initiatives aimed at the economic cooperation and development of the municipality of Delchevo and the region.
- Organizing such business forums is an excellent opportunity for networking of companies and investors, but also connecting the business community and institutions, which can result in the creation of new economic opportunities and investment initiatives. I believe that the municipality of Delchevo, as well as the other municipalities from the Pijanecki and Maleshevo regions have a lot to offer to investors from Macedonia and Bulgaria, that there is a great potential for economic cooperation, and of course, the opportunities for cross-border cooperation should be used - said Deputy Minister Risteski.
Within the framework of the forum, attendees had the opportunity to participate in several panel discussions in the field of innovation and digitalization processes in the economy, opportunities for cooperation with neighboring regions, potential for development and marketing of local products, and direct "B2B" meetings between companies were also held.
Before the business sector representatives from Macedonia and Bulgaria, the Mayor of Delchevo, Ivan Gocevski, presented the investment opportunities in the municipality and the region. Gocevski emphasized that in addition to the opportunities for increased cooperation in the tourism and hospitality sector, there is also great potential for increased cooperation and investments in other economic areas and industries.
The First Business Forum in Delchevo "Together Let's Lend a Hand to Development" was attended by several companies from Macedonia and Bulgaria, and was organized by the Municipality of Delchevo and the Macedonian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
This Forum is an excellent platform for deepening economic cooperation between companies from both countries and can contribute to the establishment of new partnerships and the intensification of trade and investment exchange.
