The Ministry of Economy and Labor, in accordance with its commitment to the protection of consumer rights, today launched a Public Call for the granting of financial means for the implementation of programs and projects by consumer associations within the framework of the Consumer Protection Program for 2024. The financial means from this Program are intended for the implementation of programs and projects by the consumer associations.
Through this financial support, the Ministry of Economy and Labor grants financial means for the realization of a consumer protection program (project) in the amount of MKD300.000.00 to MKD500.000.00 in accordance with the submitted proposals for consumer protection programs (projects) until the financial means are exhausted earmarked for this Call, to non-governmental consumer protection organizations for providing information and assistance to the consumers.
This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life for all citizens and to strengthen their protection and rights.
We encourage all consumer associations to take advantage of this opportunity and apply for financial support that will enable them to implement significant projects for the benefit of consumers. This Call is proof of our commitment to transparency, fairness and inclusiveness in the creation of policies that improve the living conditions of all citizens.
