Today, the Austrian Ambassador in North Macedonia, His Excellency Martin Pammer, visited the Ministry of Economy and Labor, where he was welcomed by Minister Besar Durmishi.
Initially, the Minister expressed gratitude to the Austrian Ambassador for the support that Austria provides on the way to the integration of our country in the European Union, as well as for the excellent relations between the two countries.
Durmishi spoke about the process of digitalization of services, something that the Austrian Ambassador is also advocating.
At the meeting was discussed the development strategy of the Ministry as well as the reorganization of the Ministry of Economy and Labor.
The Ministry of Economy and Labor is already making efforts to create a strategy for economic development that will facilitate procedures not only for domestic companies, but also for foreign investors.
To support small and medium-sized companies, the Ministry has already launched Public Call for subsidies and the creation of a more functional development mechanism. From the side of the Austrian Ambassador, Minister Durmishi received full support and a promise that the same will continue as from friendly country in the future in order to contribute for the improvement of the country's economy.
