Today, the Minister of Economy and Labor, Besar Durmishi, held working meeting with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Republic of North Macedonia H.E. Mr. Jaroslav Ludva.
At the meeting, it was established that there is a positive development of bilateral relations between the two countries, for which opportunities for further improvement were established.
Minister Durmishi informed the Ambassador that with the reorganization of the institutions, the Ministry of Economy and Labor has new responsibilities, for which the focus of work, apart from the support for the domestic business and improvement of the business climate, will also be the improvement of the labor market.
"The Czech Republic is one of the most important trading partners of North Macedonia and is among the first 10 countries with which North Macedonia has the largest volume of trade", said Minister Durmishi and noted that according to the data, we have a continuous growth in trade, which means that there are opportunities for further promotion.
Minister Durmishi expressed hope that the successful bilateral cooperation with the Czech Republic will continue in the coming period and thanked for the strong support that the Czech Republic provides for the European integration process of North Macedonia, because as the Minister said, the entry of our country into the EU will mean a great benefit for the economy and business.
